Piaggio

This project involves the complete transformation of a Piaggio three-wheeler into a mobile pizza stand, conceived as a functional and autonomous piece of micro-architecture. The intervention focused on the design and custom fabrication of the wooden rear structure, integrating storage, a work surface, and an oven support, as well as the creation of an independent bar-style counter intended for customer service.

The design favors simple lines, a clear reading of volumes, and the use of raw wood, chosen for its durability, its suitability for handcrafted construction, and its dialogue with the natural context of Lake Évian. Proportions, ergonomics, and construction details were conceived at a 1:1 scale, integrating the constraints of mobility, stability, and outdoor use.

Operated as a self-employed venture, this project combines design, fabrication, and real-world use, and sits at the intersection of object design, furniture, and ephemeral architecture, with particular attention given to user experience and the direct relationship between production and space.
